Zakir Hussain Rd Changes in the roster 09 05 10( ND AD Reserve Duty)

Dr Rakesh N Desai MO presently posted in Lodhi Road dispensary is posted at Supreme Court relieving duty wef 10.05.2010 to 26.06 2010 vide order no pt-1-22/04-CGHS/5634-35 dated 7/5/10 ,hence he will not be able to perform his ND on 11th & 27th May 2010 in Zakir Hussain Dispensary.


Night duty

  1. 11.5.10[Tuesday]   will be done by Dr.B.B.Batra [9312221428], Aliganj W C
  1. 27.5 .10 [Thursday ] will be done by Dr.A.K.Meena [9212612141 ], Shriniwas Puri W C as reserve doctors.

Afternoon Duty Due to change in night duty afternoon duty on 28.5.10 will be done by Dr.Manisha Bansal Z.H.Road W C and on 29.5.10 will be done by Dr.K.K.Devi, Shriniwas Puri W C.

 

Reserve Duty Dr. B.B.Sagar Pandara Road W C will be the next reserve doctor for night duty.
