Changes in the Revised Duty Roster Telegraph lane
1:- Dr. Meenakshi Bansal (Lajpat Nagar) relieved on 28/4/2010 for R.M.L Hospital
2:- Dr. K.K Majumdar Joined Kalka ji I WC
3:- Since we received above information late ---------Dr. Majumdar (Kalka ji I) to do afternoon duty on 8/5/2010 and 1/6/2010.From next month his name will be added in night duty sequence
4:- Dr. Saroj Yadav on child care leave from 17/5/2010 to 30/6/2010. Her afternon duty on 17/5/2010 done by Dr. Bharti Jaiswal(Faridabad) Dr. Bharti's next afternoon duty will be exempted.
5:- Dr. Shalini Aggarwal(Gurgaon) to do duty onSunday morning of 23/5/2010 and Dr. Shashi Garg(Faridabad) to do duty on Sunday morning of 30/5/2010 since inadvertently there was some error while putting holiday morning duties.
6:- Dr. Archna Arya(Hauz Khas) NOT to do Sunday morning duty on 30/5/2010
7:- Dr. Bhoomika(Chitragupta Road) and Dr. C.K. Mohanty(Telegraph Lane) will be on reserved duty for month of may 2010
